RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery if you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your returned items must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging
• Items that have been stretched, damaged, or ripped due to incorrect sizing will not be accepted
• Items with fake tan, makeup, or stains will not be accepted
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at team@sqwt.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that online purchases cannot be processed in-store for returns, replacements, or exchanges.

STORE CREDIT
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for our team to inspect and process your store credit.
A shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the total credit amount. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

EXCHANGES
We offer a one-time exchange for size and/or colour. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at team@sqwt.com.au with clear photos within 30 days of receiving your order.

REFUNDS
Only genuine manufacturing faults are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Examples of manufacturing faults include:
• Faulty stitching or seams coming undone
• Broken zippers
• Fabric defects such as holes, tears, or significant pilling upon arrival
• Uneven or warped fabric weave affecting wearability
• Missing components or incorrect item sent
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by incorrect sizing
• Improper product care or neglect
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
SQWT does not cover return shipping costs for international orders outside of Australia. Please arrange your return with a trusted courier that provides tracking and send the item(s) to our warehouse before confirming via email at team@sqwt.com.au.
