International Shipping:
Standard: Calculated at checkout | 10-20 business days
Express: Calculated at checkout | 5-10 business days

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Express orders placed before 12pm AEDT are processed same day.

TRACKING
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Policy

All express options require a signature and NO PO BOXES can be provided.

If shipped internationally, SQWT is not liable to pay any import duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid upon arrival. We recommend checking with your country’s customs regulations for any additional information on potential fees.

SQWT is not responsible for theft or misplacement after delivery. We recommend getting a parcel locker if your premises aren't safe for postal deliveries.

If your package has been lost in transit, please raise a case with Australia Post and email us at team@sqwt.com.au with your case number.
